Bernard Smith is a high street technology retailer in Barnstaple, Devon. We worked with them to produce a new website which highlighted their current offers and some of their latest products. We are continuing to work with Bernard Smith to put their complete product catalogue online and integrate the site with their on-premises CRM, point of sales and accounting systems.
We are also working with Bernard Smith to produce a full 'click and collect' system which will enable customers to reserve products online and then pick them up in store. The system integration will also enable users to perform live stock checks online.
Only 4 weeks after the launch of their new website, visitor hits were up 100% and the site was ranking highly in the search engines for the new offers featured on the site. After 8 weeks their visitor hits were up over 350%!
